When Words Create Reality

In this month’s newsletter, we are honored to share a deeply personal and poetic reflection by Itael Gil Camon, an Advanced Teacher and practitioner of Life Alignment based in Israel. With over two decades of experience, Itael brings a rare blend of sensitivity, precision, and spiritual insight to her work. Life Alignment is a cutting-edge energy healing system that integrates body, mind, and soul. In this context, Itael explores the profound relationship between language, the body, consciousness, and healing – a journey that began with a miraculous turning point in her own family. Her words invite us to listen more closely: to the language we use, to what the body remembers, and to the quiet truths that shape our lives from within.

Maggie: Itael, how did you come to the knowing that words create reality?

As a teacher and practitioner of Life Alignment, I have witnessed this countless times:
a shift in the breath, a tear that escapes at the sound of a single word, a body responding before the mind understands. But for me, this understanding began with a deeply personal moment.

From Silence to Voice: My Son’s First Word Changed My Path

Seventeen years ago, I found myself called to treat my middle son, who was born with verbal dyspraxia, with the Life Alignment Method after every other attempt had failed.
At the time, I was already running a successful Life Alignment practice and working with children, teenagers, and adults. Yet I never imagined how powerful it could be to treat one’s own family members. I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to separate myself from my son emotionally. However I found myself at a breaking point, where I felt I had no choice. I had to cross some kind of internal barrier.
I chose to treat him remotely, and what happened afterward left me speechless.
Elia had not been able to join syllables together to form a word. The day after the session, while I was practicing with him, I asked him to say the syllable “A,” then “B,” and then to combine the two into one word—”Abba” (Hebrew for Dad). And so it was. For the first time in his life, Elia said the word “Abba.”

That moment cracked something open in me.
It wasn’t just about speech it was about connection. Coherence.
A living proof that healing can transcend diagnosis, time, and even physical presence.

That was the moment I understood the profound power of the method we now call Life Alignment.
And I made a silent vow to teach it, to walk with others as they reclaimed their voices spoken and unspoken.

Maggie: That is a beautiful intended miracle. Some of us got introduced to your fascination with words when you share it in our Community WhatsApp Group. Tell us more about this talent, What does writing mean to you, beyond expression?

Writing, for me, is not merely a tool of communication. It’s a form of transmission.
The words arrive from a place beyond thought. They come when I sit in presence. When I quiet the noise.
Often, I feel I am not writing to someone but with something: A higher wisdom, a deeper stream of collective truth.

“Beyond what is said and what will be said,
many things remain
of which we understand little.
Beyond what we imagine,
see, and hear,
there is a whole world, which when perceived,
instantly transforms our world to insignificance,
dissolving it and the deceptive perception of ourselves.
Beyond who we think we are,
the essence of our being holds true.
Beyond and further than the beyond,
we remain bare,
and endeavor to sustain the love
we feel at that very moment.”

It’s not always poetic. But it is always precise. Because frequency matters. My personal miracle revealed to me an inner truth: It is possible to create something out of nothing by joining syllable to syllable, forming a word, a sentence, a paragraph. Each letter matters, each one essential to the wholeness.
Just like us each individual.

The Body’s Language Begins with a Word

In Life Alignment sessions, we often witness a profound phenomenon:
The word reaches the body before it reaches the mind. Words like “abandonment,” “failure,” or even “mother” can awaken stored emotional memory. A tremble in the chest. Moisture in the eyes. A shift in posture. These aren’t random responses they are the body speaking truth.

Maggie: Tell us more about how a Life Alignment session brings conscious language into the work?

By listening. Not just to what is said but to what resonates. Words as Keys to Healing. Through muscle testing, we discover the words that weaken the energy field and those that strengthen it.
These words often arise not from logic, but from the soul. They are precise, sometimes unexpected, and always relevant.

In Life Alignment, words are used as energetic keys. Gateways that unlock emotional patterns, release frozen energy, and restore flow. This process is not intellectual – it’s vibrational.
A word may carry a memory, a belief, or a wound. But explored with intention, it can also carry release.

Maggie: Please share an example with us, a moment when healing begins with a new word.

I’ll never forget one such moment.
When my father passed away, I received the message via text on Yom Kippur.
I remember walking quietly into my LA practice and lighting a candle. The flame flickered.
In silence, I asked within: “Dad, what is the one thing you need from me right now?”

I reached for the pendulum and drew a word from the Manifestation List. Word number 247:

Love.

In that moment, I felt a radiant beam of light surge from my heart toward his earthly image.
And as it touched him, his spiritual essence revealed itself clear, expansive, whole.
The light was immense. So was the inner release. My hand instinctively picked up a pen. Words poured out unfiltered. The paper received the ink, and I received the imprint of the experience.
 Here is what I wrote:

“In the valley of the shadow of death
I found you standing by me,
allaying my fears
resonating with my source.
In the valley of the shadow of death
my soul laid out its many treasures
but remained grounded, steadfast.
There in the shadow of the valley,
my soul freed
the essential me.
I commanded you,
and you – anointed my head with oil,
saying “I am that I am,
and you are that you are.”
The bush burns, my cup overflows,
I return to my inner dwelling.
In the valley of the shadow of death, shame was no more,
sorrow was no more,
only joy, gratitude,
and infinite love.
In the valley of the shadow of death,
I found that goodness and grace
will follow me all the days of my life”.

Maggie: We all have experienced that the same word, said with fear in opposition to love, carries vastly different energies. Does this mean it is all about positive language?

No. It’s about truth. Truth has a frequency that resonates. It holds space. It doesn’t push – it invites.
Phrases like “I’m here,” or “You’re not alone,” may seem simple but their energetic imprint can be profound.

I’ll give you an example how changing Language is changing Reality and the reader can test the different energies in their body right here while reading this:

Our words anchor us in our perception of self. They either repeat a pattern or open a path.
Shifting from “I’m always like this” to “I’m in process”. Or from “I can’t” to “I choose not to right now,”

It’s energetic – an act of realignment. What we speak, we strengthen. What we repeat, we rehearse into being. And this by the way confirmed by modern science:
Compassionate language activates healing. For example Dr. Masaru Emoto’s research on water molecules showed how words imprint structure creating harmony or chaos. And given that we are mostly water, the implications are profound.

Maggie: How fascinating. And complex. What can we do daily to increase our awareness of language?

It’s a life-style. Returning to Presence and Listening. Returning to the body before I speak. Language, like touch, can either wound or mend. It deserves reverence.

When Language Loops Pain

When you feel stuck in looping language:
Notice the rhythm of your inner speech. Ask gently: Whose voice is this? And then: What would I say to myself if I truly believed I mattered? The shift doesn’t happen overnight. But the door opens the moment we choose a different word.

Maggie: You’ve accompanied many people through transformation. What role does the story in a Life Alignment Session play?

Story is identity.
The moment someone says “I’ve always been this way,” and dares to ask “But is that still true?” a shift begins. Language is the architecture of identity, and stories are its bricks.

“I can’t, look at me, I’m nothing, I always revert to my old patterns.”
“Sorry, but that’s not what I see.”
“Look at me. Are you laughing at me?”
“Sorry, I can see someone who has fallen, is falling, who will probably continue falling. And at the same time, see someone who gets up and will keep getting up. Someone who is determined to walk his path. That is what I see, unless you can convince me otherwise.”
“Can’t beat you, I admit.”

When we shift the words, we shift the structure. New words invite new stories. New stories invite new selves.

Reprogramming Limiting Narratives

In Life Alignment, we don’t impose a new story. We create space for a deeper truth to emerge. Sometimes it’s about listening until a new word arises organically, from the client’s field. Sometimes it’s about naming the limitation, then releasing its hold through vibration. Energy work and conscious language walk hand in hand.

Maggie: When you write, do you feel some sort of “channeling”?

I have never defined it that way. I believe we’re in constant communication with the field around us – a field that holds countless letters, waiting to take form through us. For me, it happens when I stop trying too hard. Suddenly, the word writes itself. The words that carry truth and don’t always sound poetic.
But they always feel like home. This is how I feel the connection. Some of the most powerful pieces I’ve written arrived when I was sitting on my Vortex Mat – not planning, but listening.

Life Alignment and Authentic Voice
This method doesn’t give us “right answers.” It gives us access to our authentic frequency – a language that fits who we’re becoming. When we align with truth, we begin to speak differently. We listen differently.
We live differently.

“At any given moment,
a wondrous creation takes place
where one creates the next moment.
At any given moment,
consciously or not,
one is present in an infinite number of possibilities,
which were contained in the moment before.
At any given moment, one is given the choice
of implementing and fulfilling
one’s existence.
There is no replacement.
It is the one and only,
and its journey has meaning
for the whole world”.

What Inspires Me Now?
Right now, I’m inspired by what I call “the unspoken moment.” The space between words.
The courage it takes to speak what matters. And the grace that arrives when we do.

So I ask the reader:
What word has been repeating in your inner world this week?
What new word might want to be born through you now?
Because words create reality. And the words you choose are the life you choose.

One of the tasks which are up to us for as long as we are here is to be ourselves, to emanate who we are.
That is the ultimate gift that we can give every day. To ourselves and to the whole world.

Maggie: Beautiful, thank you, Itael. I’m sure we all feel inspired and empowered to observe our words more consciously and to harness the power they carry—our creative force.
The excerpts quoted in this article are taken from Itael’s book, “You Do Realise That This Book Should Be Called” – Awakening the Soul, originally published in Hebrew and scheduled for release in English later this year.

Vortex Card of the month

The Presence Card

The Power of Presence in a Word – and in a Card.

Just as words carry vibration, so too do the tools we use in Vortex Technology. The Presence Card is a subtle yet powerful support in helping us return to coherence – within ourselves and in our interactions. It strengthens the magnetic field of the heart, inviting a deeper sense of embodiment, clarity, and authentic connection.

In the context of language and healing, the Presence Card helps us become more conscious of the frequency we emit – through our words, our silence and our being. Whether worn on the body or placed nearby during sessions or daily life, it gently anchors us in the now, amplifying our ability to speak and listen from a place of truth.

As with the right word at the right time, the Presence Card reminds us: healing begins with alignment.
