Energy Healing with Life Alignment

Spa-style bliss

When many people think of energy healing, they imagine lying quietly with closed eyes, while an energy healer gently passes their hands over the receiver’s body. Perhaps there is background music. Perhaps there are some crystals on the chakras. The sound of some beautiful Tibetan singing bowls. If you have experienced this kind of energy healing, you know how soothing and uplifting it is. Deeply relaxing. And very healing.

The practitioner is doing all the work. Going deep into meditation. Connecting with the cosmos. Clearing blockages from your energy field and bringing in beautiful healing light. This is all wonderful! And it is incredibly helpful to just lie back and receive.

But it does not change your life. Not really.

As energy healing goes, this is like having your house cleaned, or maybe having your car serviced. It does help! But it does not fix the problem that is causing the dirty house, or the car that runs badly.

Life Alignment Energy Healing

So how is a Life Alignment balance different exactly? And what is it like to experience?

In a Life Alignment balance, we guide you through your own personal healing journey. The practitioner works minimally with your energy field – entering the information that you need to focus on, and connecting it with the part of the energy field that it correlates with. For example, the theme of feeling disgruntled may be held in the energy of the liver and the solar plexus.

And the practitioner gently guides you through the process of connecting with your internal feelings and thoughts around the issue.

Your role is to feel deeply, and to uncover the issues that may have been lying dormant, half-forgotten, embedded into your life so deeply that they may be invisible, or feel like they are really part of you.  There are often tears. Truths that can hardly be thought, let alone spoken out loud. Energy healing with Life Alignment is gentle but work with and on yourself.

Healing into Spiritual Alignment

And then, typically, you integrate with your true self, and the true reality. Beyond the suffering and into the beauty of transcendence. You connect with something that is greater. That is good, loving and compassionate. Deeply subjective and deeply true to your heart, and then from this place of spiritual alignment, everything changes.

You are set free. Your relationship with yourself and the world changes.

And because you realign who you are, you realign your own energy field. You become whole. This is almost a kind of rebirth. It is energy healing at a profound level. This is what energy healing with Life Alignment is all about. Obviously every session is not this profound, but they are all transformative on some level.

Restorative Environment & Home Alignment 1/2

Restorative environment and Home Alignment

What if the space you live and work could switch your “ease” button ON allowing your body and mind to calm down and your own restorative systems to be activated?

Architecture and Interior is not only fulfilling practical but also emotional and sensual requirements and thus serves both useful and aesthetic purposes. It is vital that the buildings and the spaces we are in, including neighbourhoods and cities, represent the best possible energetic environment for us. This belief lies at the core of Home Alignment, the branch of Life Alignment that provides a comprehensive system focusing on solutions for clearing and harmonising the space around us.

In this and next month’s newsletter I talk to Silvia Martinetti, Life Alignment’s Head Coordinator, practitioner and teacher, and Giuliana Salmaso, Architect and Designer of Restorative Spaces from Italy, about the philosophy, science and art of restorative environments and how Home Alignment plays a vital role in this.

Giuliana, you are an architect, tell us more about your relation to Life Alignment?

Yes, I am a qualified architect expert in designing restorative environments. Since I can remember I have been passionate about designing and about personal wellbeing. A decade ago, I felt the need to join these 2 passions and started a transformative journey of studying and researching around the impact that a place has on behaviour and happiness of people. This quest got me in contact with Home Alignment and the teachings of Dr. Jeff Levin. I fell in love with the effectiveness and the simplicity of this methodology.

Today I integrate the art of designing with the science of Restorativeness, Biophilia, Architectural Psychology and Home Alignment in each of my projects in order to create environments where my clients feel safe, recharged and open to the wonderful possibilities of life.

Amazing, tell us more about Restorative Environments please!

Let me expand a bit further before I answer your question.

Life follows a rhythm of Upstates and Downstates. Upstate requires energy, focus, action and mobilisation of mental and physical resources. It is when most of your stress happens.

Downstate rejuvenates your body and mind at a cellular level, giving your heart, brain, and metabolism a rest, repairing over-trained or inflamed tissues; and processing memories, emotions, and creative decisions.

Fig 1: Upstate and Downstate by Professor Sara Mednick

There is tons of research from many scientists, among them the renowned Professor Sara Mednick, a cognitive neuroscientist at the University of California, showing that well-being happens when a healthy rhythm of Upstates and Downstates is in place. In other words, Downstate activates the natural capacity of your body to restore itself and promotes better performance in the Upstate.

If you are living in a go-go-go mode, chances are high that you are feeling stressed and suffering from anxiety and chronic fatigue, unable to rest and to sleep well. To have a more balanced state of living it is a good idea to introduce to your lifestyle opportunities to recharge your batteries and this might start by transforming your home into a Restorative Environment.

Now, “Restorative Environments” are natural or built environments fostering the parasympathetic nourishment required to support your capacity for physical, psychological, emotional and social regeneration.

In Home Alignment we want to activate the restorative capacity of your home. It is a process that brings harmony into your place and into the persons who are living with you. Its effectiveness comes from working simultaneously at a physical, emotional, mental, spiritual and energetic level to activate your restore mode and relieving stress.

“To rebuild each human being needs to find their own personal oasis. A place to be surrounded by beautiful things. A place to grow, transform and become strong”

Vanessa Montfort author of the book “Mujeres que compran flores”

Silvia, you are one of our Home Alignment specialists. What made you so passionate about it?

I have been a holistic practitioner for many years. My experience and research about one’s well-being led me to realise that it is not possible to work on people without taking into account their environment. Home Alignment is for me the perfect key to unlock the interconnected flow of energy between the Soul and the Cosmos.

As a Life Alignment practitioner, teacher and coordinator for Italy and Switzerland, my mission is to bring harmony in all aspects of life and what makes me so passionate about Home Alignment is that by balancing the home’s space, results are tangible not only for a single client but for the whole family and community.

I want to share a video with Jeff from nearly 10 years ago. It demonstrates beautifully the process and purpose of Home Alignment and we also get to see some familiar faces 🙂

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wLjV34pmHCE

Can you give us examples of typical Home Alignment requests?

Clients contact me mostly when they are in a time of change. For example when they change their job, home or move to a new country. Or they simply do not feel well in the place they are in, for several reasons.

A very useful moment to experience Home Alignment is also when couples decide to live together and need to define their own and common space. And even the other way around. Uncoupling, with the intention that the union continues to be a union of heart, even if in new ways for both adults and any children are involved.

In general the demand and understanding of Home Alignment is increasing lately.

In last month’s newsletter, Jeff was speaking about the Earth moving into the 4th dimension. In this historical moment of energy changes, more and more Human Beings feel the need to find harmony. Cosmic energy is more accessible and Home Alignment is an effective and quick tool to facilitate connection with the whole.

“As above, so below

As below, so above.”

Old Hermetic axiom

“Interconnection with the whole”, that’s such a big quest in life and for many people it’s more theoretically understandable than really tangible.

Yes, and that’s where we feel Home Alignment fits in perfectly. We both put together the below metaphor to explain this as simply as possible.

Ideal Situation: Representation of the interconnection with the whole. When love and communication flow into the house, the Soul finds a fertile ground to grow and evolve to its maximum potential, in joyous interconnection with the Cosmos.

Distorted Situation: Representation of disconnection with the whole. When we live in spaces where frequent tensions occur, we do not feel protected and we constantly keep the Upstate mode active. In fight or flight mode, the Human Being lives in constant conflict and in a condition of great stress and moves away from the flow of life. As a result your observation point is polluted and you struggle to see the connection with the whole.

“We are addicted to our thoughts.

We cannot change anything if we cannot change our thinking”

Albert Einstein

Silvia: I want to tell you a story. Since 2001 Lucia and her husband Andrea have lived in a building that Lucia’s father built for himself and his 3 children. The property has never been officially divided. As a result, none of the children feel the house as their own. Lucia and Andrea are both architects but leave the house in decay and disorder. This generates frequent quarrels in the couple and never a moment of peace. The quarrels also multiply between the brothers and the building falls in ruin. Chaos creates chaos. After the work with Home Alignment, Lucia and Andrea “rewired” their passion and desire to create a harmonious domestic space together. The dialogue between the brothers has reopened and, as a consequence, the father has finally decided to resolve the bureaucracies.

In one of our next Blog-articles, Giuliana and Silvia will tell us more about the interconnectedness of home, roots and the feeling of being safe and we will receive some tips and tricks on how to start to balance our homes.

What you didn’t know about Jeff Levin

We hold in our hands the power to create a new reality. We hold in our hands the power to create a new reality.

We have what it takes to create unity out of separation. Success happens way beyond the mind.

I talked with Jeff Levin, founder of the Life Alignment organisation,  about this and the power to create a new reality.

Jeff, How do you create balance in life? How do you deal with a bad day?

Now that I am back in creative expression, I am finding that I use that to balance my stress or mood level. I don’t get stressed very often, but I’ve been a bit overwhelmed, for example at the moment, preparing for the unusual and complicated logistics of my journey through Europe.

I recently rediscovered my passion for creative photography. This has tightened so deeply my appreciation for nature and that is always so uplifting! I just grab my camera or even my phone and walk around to focus on nature.

Alternatively I go sculpting in our garage. When I was sculpting in Canada I could have come back from a big flight, completely exhausted. However, I could easily go and work on a stone and would get into a hyperspace and sculpt for hours just after my arrival. Suddenly, I wouldn’t be tired anymore. I don’t do it for any purpose then, I do it just for fun – even throwing away the end result would not be a big deal.

I love immersing myself into an activity. The creative process of doing something actively with my hands or body is what harmonises my state of being and is really getting my mind out of the way. An overwhelming or “bad” day happens mainly in our mind. Stress makes stress and it’s just a perception of reality. Immersing into a creative activity guides me into the calm of myself, and I suddenly realise that it’s not my body or my emotions that are overwhelmed, but my mind mainly.

If heaven exists, what would you like to hear God say when you arrive at the pearly gates?

Welcome old buddy! Good to have you back 🙂
When I arrive at the gates to “heaven,” I want to arrive into the whole of ascension.

Do you want to incarnate back to Earth after that or would you like to complete everything in this life?

At the moment, I think I want to complete everything in this life. I might choose to come back as a guide or sort of teacher. Like I did this life. I organically got moving very early in my life, when I was a child, with fulfilling my purpose. So choosing to come back, yes, but I don’t want to work out any karmic stuff anymore.

How do you measure success?

I selected a beautiful and profound poem that encourages the reader to explore one’s attitude towards success.

“Leave the Familiar for a While”
by Hafiz (Sufi Poet 1315 – 1390)
Leave the familiar for a while, let your senses and bodies stretch out, like a welcomed season on to the meadows and shores and hills.
Open up to the roof, make a new water mark on your excitement, and love.
Like a blooming night flower, bestow your vital fragrance of happiness and giving upon our intimate assembly.
Change rooms in your mind for a day. All the hemispheres in existence lie beside an equator in your heart.
Greet yourself in your thousand other forms as you mount the hidden tide and travel back home.
All the hemispheres in heaven are sitting around a fire chatting while stitching themselves together into the great circle inside of you.

We have recently been through a Hero’s Journey with a group of people. In this archetypal journey, we discovered that the Hero has to leave the familiar world in order to face the challenge of what he/she is being called to do. This is the first step to success in any venture.

We have to ask ourselves “What is success?” For some people, success is simply accepting the challenge. For others, like top seed tennis players, it is to win the game. Success is an individual measurement. For me just saying “Yes” to a challenge is success. The outcome is not as important as the motive. For me, it is about what I learn about myself in the endeavour. This is why I chose the poem by the mystic poet Hafiz. I love his invitation to leave the familiar and venture out of my comfort zone, and he does so with such gentle insight into how scary this is. I like to keep things simple! “Leave the familiar”, “Open up to the roof of your mind”, “Change rooms in your mind for a day – not for ever, just for a day.” This to me is success.

Jeff, what’s an “insult” you’ve received that you’re proud of?

Here is one situation, but there were many more.

My son Dan was young and playing hockey, and I naturally became part of the group of parents. There were some very prominent parents in this group, particularly one top top lawyer. One day he was taking Dan to hockey in his car, and we drove in the car behind. He said to Dan, “Tell me, what is your dad doing”? Dan responded excitedly, “My dad radiates energy through his hands”!

So we all arrived at the hockey stadium and came together while the kids were on the field and the lawyer said to me laughing, “Do you wanna know what your son thinks you do? He thinks you radiate energy through your hands”, now bursting out into laughter. I looked at him and laughed as well and said, “Well that is exactly what I do”.

If you had to write a book tomorrow, what would you write about?

When I was in hospital, I was very inspired to write a memoir about the magical stories of my past. Suddenly, it was flooding my consciousness: All these incredible stories that lead up to that experience of being hospitalised with Covid. They all prepared me for this, and nothing just happens by coincidence.

I have had some very profound experiences in my life, and like I mentioned earlier, that started very early. So far it has been very difficult for me to pursue this idea, as I don’t want to make anyone think that my experiences are more magical than others’, yet there have been extraordinary happenings in my life – including a lot of suffering and real pain.

What do you think the world will look like in ten years?

In reality, I can’t tell of course. To be honest, I expect separation, destruction and a battle, but I believe there will be a critical mass that is strong and will survive that battle.

We are in the middle of a great extension. What I desire the world to look like in 10 years from now as a result of that extension, is to see a critical mass of people that are of higher consciousness that can bring and facilitate change.

On the one hand, I think of the new generation and the new frequencies that they bring to earth, Crystal children or in the past what were called Indigo children. I think they particularly will uplift the consciousness and will have an effect on the planet. Look at the young Swedish girl Greta Thunberg and how she is helping to change the consciousness for the environment globally.

Despite the new generation, my wish is to see that everyone recognises that we have impact and bring about change. It’s happening already organically. If you watch the news and look at the people that represent the Baltic States for example, it’s mainly young women. So a matriarchal frequency of leadership comes in and replaces the old patriarchal, stuck power. Yet the old order, like in Russia, is wanting to get rid of this. This is a great representation of the battle between the higher and lower frequencies. However, the feminine presence that’s happening is already phenomenal.

My vision is as well that we in our “small” Life Alignment family harmonise and cooperate with other spiritual groups. I would love to see more interaction between us and other spiritual leaders that are more dominant out there. We are not there yet, but I am hoping that we are getting to that point where we are playing a key role in the world’s cooperation between spiritual and political leadership and also galactic. For years there have been attempts to become conscious of life around the universe so that we get away from the thought that it’s just us.

The new frequency you are mentioning: How does this happen despite the new generation?

First of all, as the earth moves in space through the photon belt it is evolving and is coming into higher frequencies. Looking at sun spot activities, there is even a great risk with the climate change of depleting the ozone protection. All this massive radiation such as 5G is having major impacts.

The universal law works more and more in favour of bringing consciousness with the speed up of frequencies. Tangible change is already there: Manifestation is working very quickly. And so is Karma. The evil people and the Putins of the world will hopefully pay their price during their lifetime. Up to now all these dictators would live until they get to 100 and the majority of good people die early.

We are moving into the 4th dimension, naturally, as we are ascending to a new dimension. There are those that will resist that, and that will be the battle I mentioned – the resistance to ascension.

We will create a whole bubble of a new reality that is of a higher consciousness, and my wish is that those that are willing to move into that will be welcomed. That shall be the new world order.
Intergalactic cooperations, that’s it in a nutshell :). Listening to myself, I might want to change the answer of the previous question. This would be a world I would definitely choose to come back to.

HOW TO BALANCE STRESS

Stress has been on everyone’s lips for a long time. The subject itself is even stressful. In every magazine, whether lifestyle or management, there is at least one article that aims to help us deal with stress better. The fact that the topic is not diminishing shows that the discourse is not over yet and that no one has yet found the formula that is valid for all people.

Makes sense! Not every situation is equally stressful for everyone and everyone needs different resources to build resilience.

“Stress is the subjective feeling that one’s own resources are not sufficient to cope with a situation.”

A change of perspective can help. If we don’t look at stress as something external to us, but as something that arises within us and through us, we may be one step closer to the whole topic. In this month’s newsletter I am talking to David Pasikov from the US about his profound experience with Stress Management.

David, a lot of people know you without knowing the background of your connection to Life Alignment. Enlighten us please! 🙂

Thanks, Maggie. My connection with Jeff Levin, the founder of Life Alignment, began with a chance meeting in Canada. I began my career as a science teacher in the inner city of Detroit, Michigan. That led me in the early 70’s to help found a residential school for troubled teens in Southern Ontario, Canada, where I was originally from. In the late 70’s, Jeff and his wife, Merle, along with their children, were in the U.S. where the two of them were taking an advanced spiritual leadership course. Having heard of our school, they came for a three-day visit. That turned into three years, as we needed an architect and Jeff and Merle immediately caught the vision of what we were doing to help these struggling young people.  As a result, Jeff and I worked closely together and a very deep friendship formed.

Several years later, when he began what is now known as Life Alignment, I was one of Jeff’s very first students and was in the first teachers’ class. At the time, I was a psychotherapist in Boulder, Colorado, and when I added Life Alignment to my practice, my practice doubled within two months. People were seeking tools beyond talk therapy, and Life Alignment fit the bill then, as it most certainly does now. My career has branched into corporate training work as well as coaching and I’m often asked how I can help people with stress.

Thanks David, why is Stress Management so important for our health?

From a physiological perspective, when we are under stress, our systems flood with biochemicals that in the short term support our survival, but a prolonged exposure to them can negatively affect our health.

According to the Mayo Clinic, “Chronic stress can wreak havoc on your mind and body” through the release of adrenaline and cortisol. They say that long-term activation of the stress response system can lead to “anxiety, depression, digestive problems, headaches, muscle tension, heart disease, high blood pressure and stroke, sleep problems, weight gain, memory and concentration impairment.” The good news is that we are not stuck with only these outcomes. Life Alignment is a remarkable tool to help lift and shift stuck patterns and open a door for a new outlook on life.

Regarding Stress Management, there are a whole host of priorities and procedures in the system of Life Alignment to support our clients, such as: Stress, Trauma, Shock, Adrenal Glands, Autonomic Nervous System (including Sympathetic Nervous System and Parasympathetic Nervous System), Respiratory System (to help regulate breathing), Cardiovascular System (to help regulate the heart) to name just a few, and in the advanced levels of this work there are more tools available to us, such as the Amygdala point, etc.

For me this wide array of tools underscores how important Stress Management is in terms of our health, and as a therapist and as a coach, I am so very thankful to have them in my toolbox.

“The moment you change your perception is the moment you rewrite the chemistry of your body”
Dr. Bruce Lipton

That sounds very promising, indeed! Can you explain this more in detail, how Life Alignment helps to rewrite our internal chemistry and accelerates Stress Management?

When Philippa Lubbock was writing her first book on Life Alignment, The Healing Power of Life Alignment, she invited me to share my perspective and experience with her, and she added my explanation of how Life Alignment can be used as a transformational tool (page 95). Here is her explanation of this model which I call the “Revolving Door:”

“Our problems are the result of wiring that has become faulty. Life Alignment techniques rewire the mind’s circuit board so that we break the patterns that have formed and created a limited picture of reality. The small picture looks something like this:

DiagramDescription automatically generated

In a [Life Alignment] balance, we return to an EXPERIENCE. An experience teaches us certain things about life, about other people, about relationships, and so we gather INSIGHTS based on our experience. Over time, and with additional experiences, those insights become part of our BELIEFS. Because we see life through the filters of our beliefs, we make ASSUMPTIONS about how things will work out. Our assumptions tend to set us up for particular experiences… which reinforce our beliefs, and so we pass through the same revolving door of repeating patterns. We break the pattern by discharging suppressed feelings associated with our beliefs.”

Philippa followed this with an explanation on how Life Alignment helps people exit the revolving door or repeating patterns. I find that more often than not, those suppressed feelings associated with our beliefs fall into the category of stress, and, in the extreme, trauma.

Do you have any suggestions as to how people can shift out of these stress symptoms on their own?

I frequently find myself mentioning to my clients that we are in the process of transforming stress into strength through our work together.

In addition to the Revolving Door model, I have developed a model for stress which has proven to be valuable to my clients over the years. It is what I employ to manage my stress, and, in the process, to regulate my biochemistry from depleting my resiliency to as Dr. Lipton said, “rewriting the chemistry” of my body with: melatonin, serotonin, GABA, DHEA, endorphins, klotho, etc.

Many years ago, my family was living in a 100-year-old farmhouse in a spiritual community in New England, in the United States. Winters can be frigid there and the heating system depended on wood for heat. We harvested our own wood from the property which took considerable effort and time.

The main dwellings, including ours, each had a furnace which was comprised of a boiler. We fed wood into it, which subsequently heated water, which built pressure in the boiler. When the thermostat in the house called for heat, the hot water would circulate through radiators in the house, keeping it comfortable.

On a mild day, if we put too much wood on the fire, the house wasn’t calling for heat and the pressure would continue to build up in the boiler. To prevent the boiler from exploding, a valve would open to what was literally called the “dump zone,” and the excess heat was dumped into the room next to the furnace room. The house was safe, but all the effort to harvest the wood was wasted.

At times, the dump zone was insufficient to regulate the pressure and a “safety valve” would open at the top of the boiler flooding the furnace room with steam, and the boiler made a racket like a two-ton tea kettle. This pressure regulator kept us all safe. I quickly saw this old-fashioned technology as a metaphor for stress management, and I am happy to share it with you.

                    DiagramDescription automatically generated

A)  Heat Source In real life, we have several sources of stress, such as work demands, financial issues, family matters, etc. This can include particular people and the stresses they bring.

B)  Pressure The sources of stress impact us, and we experience the pressures as feelings like anger, frustration, despair, etc. This pressure, in a sense, is energy that can be used either constructively (C) or destructively (D).

C) Creative Channel for Release Just as Valve #1 would open and allow heat to circulate through the house, we can use the pressure of stress constructively to empower us to move forward with our lives.  If the boiler was on a locomotive, the energy would be used to move the train down the track. For instance, if in B) a person had lots of financial worries, in C) he or she could harness that pressure through activities like budgeting, trimming expenses, changing jobs, etc.

D) The Dump Zone is one of the safety mechanisms whereby the excess heat energy was dumped into the room next door. We too have the option of wasting the energy, although in our case it would be wasted in dysfunction.  Note: For me, the ABC’s of Ineffective Communication are: Accusation, Blame and Criticism (dumping on others). Dumping on self would be self-accusation, self-blame, and self-criticism. The Dump Zone is often taken as a shortcut to releasing pressure, but more often than not, it adds more pressure to the boiler through fractured relationships with others and ultimately with oneself.

E) The Safety Valve in this metaphor represents things we can do creatively to “take the edge off”. I like to look at this as “feeding one’s soul.” This list could include things like talking to a friend, meditation, prayer, exercise, being in nature, reading an inspirational book, self-care such as body work, Life Alignment balances of course etc. I encourage frequent use of the safety valve in order to manage overload. It does not have to be a last resort like it is in the mechanical boiler.

These are very practical tips. You give Stress Management and Life Alignment not only mental and emotional, but also biological and physical meaning and thus logical connections. Thank you so much David!!

HOW TO ALIGN TO YOUR HERO’S JOURNEY

Do you sometimes daydream about being the protagonist of your own life-story and having the freedom to live out your deepest desires? Or do you ever feel trapped by your current circumstances and wish things were different? Are you currently carrying the weight of a particular challenge, health setback, or major grief? If you answered yes, then the power of the myth “The hero’s journey” can help you face whatever tribulations lay ahead in order to shift your circumstances and step into your inherent power. In this month’s newsletter we are speaking to Merle and Jeff Levin about a common theme across all of humankind’s stories – the theme of the hero and how the system of Life Alignment facilitates this powerful process. We tend to view heroes as those who have superhuman powers like the ability to fly. But what if everyone is born a hero?

The path of the Hero’s Journey by Merle Levin

“What is it we are searching for?” writes Joseph Campbell in his book, ‘Pathway to Bliss’.

This is the existential question that drives our lives, the urge to discover the truth of why we are here; what we bring to this life; what our challenges are and what our unique, “original medicine” is that we bring to our lifetime.

The universal myths of indigenous wisdom teach that life is a hero’s journey and that we are each the hero of that journey.

“The goal of the hero’s journey from the normal world to the jewel point, is to find those levels in the psyche that open, open, open and finally open to the mystery of your Self being. That’s the journey,” wrote Joseph Campbell in “The Hero with a Thousand Faces.”

His lifelong research on the universal myths as told in all indigenous stories, shows how demons, dragons, and allies that show up in myths are the projections of our own inner energies, or what C. G. Jung calls the ‘collective unconscious’.

He defined the journey into several stages. This structure often underlies all stories, novels, movies, plays and operas. For example blockbusters such as Star Wars or bestsellers like The Lord of the Rings or The Odyssey.

It begins with what he calls “The Ordinary World”. The hero (or heroine) begins the journey in their normal life. Something begins to shake up the status quo. It could be an inner or outer event. It could be some dramatic event, or health issue, or an inner sense of needing to make a change. Some form of crisis impels us out of our comfort zone and we feel the urge to move into a new level of understanding. The current pandemic is a great example for this. He calls this “The Call”. Here we have our first significant choice – we can either hear the call and act upon it or we can refuse to hear it, and stagnate. Choosing “The Refusal” means that we may miss the opportunity for growth. The opportunity may return again and again in a repeating pattern until we hear “The Call” and take action.

We must let go of the life we have planned, so as to accept the one that is waiting for us.
– Joseph Campbell

Once we hear “The Call” and begin to consciously move into the journey, we enter the next stage, which he calls “Crossing the Threshold”. We do not do this alone. We invariably meet our field of support, our helpers and allies, the benevolent forces all around us, that make themselves known to us if we open ourselves to them. Campbell refers to these forces as “Supernatural Aids”. They come to be with us as we face the courage to cross into unfamiliar territory. We, like the snake, shed our old skin and face the newness in a state of vulnerability. We enter the unknown world that awaits us which is often depicted as a dark wood filled with terrors.

Wow, thank you Merle. Jeff, this reminds me a lot of the journey we take during a Life Alignment Session. When we start to take responsibility and show up for ourselves.

Yes, during the first phase of the journey which Merle describes and which we all go through while we still in the “normal or ordinary world”, a Life Alignment session helps us to release the programs that cause us to constantly repeat the dysfunctional patterns that keep many of us trapped in egoic patterns of behaviour which prevent us from recognising “The Call”. It also prepares us for our response to “The Call” and the breaking through the threshold towards our spiritual journey. This often involves releasing fear and resistance to move into the unknown.

Once we have moved beyond the threshold, the system of Life Alignment is designed to support the process of meeting our allies – the always available field of unconditional support. This may include our friends, family, ancestors, guides and our own Soul. We are then more prepared and empowered to meet the challenges along the path, to symbolically “Slay the Dragon”, which is mostly our own shadow, and access our inner wisdom, the elixir, which accompanies us on the journey home.

Merle, can you tell us more about the stage of “Slaying the Dragon”?

Of course there are trials along the way, this is part of the journey and perhaps preparation for what Jung calls “The Supreme Ordeal”. Things go wrong and added conflict is introduced. This can often feel like the lowest point of despair. We face a dragon, perhaps an old dragon that has haunted us all our lives. The way to slay this dragon is not by force, he is fierce and large and has fire raging out of him. The way the hero slays him in all indigenous stories, is by looking him in the eye. Seeing him for what he is. Having the courage to face the situation with honest self-reflection.

This is the teaching of the crisis, the gateway to transformation. Often more allies join us if we open ourselves to see them. We might discover new strengths and skills or develop aspects of ourselves we had previously ignored. Sometimes we are victorious. Sometimes we are not. This is the journey, there are no guarantees. The important part of this stage is the journey of discovery that we engage with, in ourselves.

Jeff, what if such trials have been severe trauma that happened to us, maybe even in early childhood?

From a microcosmic perspective, many people that have experienced trauma in their lives, have left their bodies. What we aim to identify during the process of Life Alignment is the individual’s dissociation and to provide the appropriate resources in order to bring them back safely to themselves, their natural home. From that safe space – a place of Presence – we can go out and travel to discover our true Purpose, as we gain the ability to observe our journey from a higher perspective. When we feel the flow of the universe, when we enjoy what we are doing and love who we are being, then we are connecting to our true consciousness which is for our and the collective’s Highest Good – always. That is the true result of following our hero’s journey.

Do you have an example out of your own life where it took time until you  heard “The Call”?

Sure, the most recent example is when Jeff came to the hospital with Covid. For years we have travelled, flying from one place to another to spread Life Alignment around the globe. We’ve been physically drained but haven’t accepted the fainter signals that it’s time to slow down and find new ways to do the work. Just before a serious burn-out, the pandemic has made us follow our calling by circumstances. We probably would not have resonated with this calling by choice.

Most of our life-decisions/ Calls like daring relocations across the continents, investments such as opening a healing centre in Toronto or quitting secure jobs – we made mostly by choice through Jeff’s immensely intuitive abilities to follow his calling. It was scary but worth it each time.

Merle, Is the journey complete when I followed “The Call” and faced my own dragons?

No, the next and equally important phase is called “The Return” or “The Elixir”. Our journey does not end. We must take what we’ve learned, and integrate it back into our lives, back to our “ordinary world” with more awareness, with something to offer those around us. This is the fulfilment of our potential.

The hero’s gift to the world is the truth of themselves. This is the way they inspire others to walk their own hero’s path. Like Jeff said, our life is our own, unique story, and when we can demonstrate our story to others, through our presence, or as the indigenous people say: “when we reveal our original medicine,” we inspire others to have the courage to take their own journey.

Resolutions on our Life Path – 2022

A year comes to an end, and there they are again, the good old New Year’s resolutions: eat healthier, drink less, exercise more, meditate more frequently, quit smoking. Did we not have that before? Most likely, yes. Because almost as certain as the good resolutions at the turn of the year is that we will have forgotten them again latest in March or have lost the motivation to follow through. Why is it like that?

On the one hand, resolutions have to do with the inner desire to control one’s own life. Are we realistically in control of our lives?

On the other hand, we often fail because humans prefer habits. Our habits make life (apparently) more comfortable for us. Breaking those is a mental exercise that requires perseverance, faith, courage, and love. At the beginning of this year I am talking to Paul Waldeck, Therapist, Life- and Organisation Alignment practitioner from South Africa, about the phenomenon of good resolutions and what helped him to integrate and manifest new habits and positive changes sustainably.

Maggie: Happy New Year! 2022 is the year of courage, self-confidence and trust in one’s own abilities. Do you have any New Year’s resolutions, Paul?

Yes, another year and another opportunity to embed positive change. My sincere intention this year is to remember to be more kind and loving instead of needing to be right.

I guess that touches on your topic of finding the courage and self-confidence to just be yourself without any pretence.
I’ve found that my life is a multi-layered path of challenges and awakenings to the truth of who I am, which seems to be a universal thing for so many.

This search for Self, attracted me to the Life Path process in Life Alignment, thinking that it was going to give me deeper insight into my purpose in life.

I discovered that it was more about getting to the deep core of my emotional wounds and inner resistances that create patterns of behaviour that are not serving me, even though they were created with the best intentions, like to keep me safe. Once these wounds were felt and released, I had more freedom to decide the direction of my own authentic life path. This year it’s to be more kind.

Maggie: Looking at New Year resolutions and the persistence of them, I like that you refer to inner resistance. How can I catch myself and identify symptoms of inner resistance?

As a therapist I’ve witnessed that most of us have inner resistance in some form or other. Frequently created as childhood mechanisms of protection. They are often subconscious or so patterned they become hidden in plain sight.
A tell-tale sign of inner resistance is a feeling of low-level anxiety or emotional discomfort when needing to do or say something and then finding every distraction in the book. I mean pick your coping mechanism… it could be TV, alcohol, food overindulgence, whatever it takes to keep one from meeting the uncomfortable emotional truth of the matter.

It could also come up more subtly like continuously stressing about the far-off future, or making a joke of everything as a way to avoid the uncomfortable present.
The kicker is when we can observe ourselves in our coping mechanisms and connect it to our own choices – that we’re the ones getting in our own way and self-sabotaging, under the flag of self-preservation.

3) You mentioned the Life Path process in Life Alignment. What’s the difference to a normal session?

It’s an 8-step supportive journey to deeply remove the blocks or resistances one may have around a particular issue we want to move through. It follows a sequential flow pattern, unpacking 8 aspects that are linked to this core issue, which are identified by the Life Alignment practitioner by connecting with the client’s higher Self. Related aspects can be work, family, foreign energy, marriage, protection, projects etc.

The difference is that each balance builds on the previous ones in the Life Path as a progressive journey, going deeper and deeper into the root cause of the core issue. Also, all the balances and remedies are contained on one chart as one navigates through the process, so the potency of each balance is raised immensely.

Think of it like the old onion metaphor – in order to get to the heart of it, you need to peel through many layers and perhaps even shed a tear or two.

My long-term clients who’ve also tried the Life Path have raved about it, which has further strengthened my trust in the process.
One of the many stand-outs was a client who wanted to heal an estranged relationship with a family member. During the process they’d felt able and willing to reach out and was surprised at how well it was received by that family member. After completing the Life Path their relationship had shifted to such an extent that they immediately scheduled a second Life Path for another issue they wanted to surmount. A testimony in itself.

Maggie: Wow, that sounds like deep and exciting work indeed. I think also a way to dive deep and to connect to our life path is to look gratefully at memories of last year.

I have read and heard about how powerful gratitude can be throughout my life in manifesting one’s desired life path, or resolutions in this instance. Gratitude can be tangibly magnetic in raising my vibration to come into alignment with the frequency of that which I’ve desired to manifest in my life.

To be honest, I’ve stopped and started gratitude journals for many years. What I’ve found to be a key companion to this practice is, after writing, to visualize my end result and really feel the gratitude and emotion of this outcome – feeling the emotional vibration of the outcome.
These combined practices have really boosted my manifestation results and can highly recommend trying it.

Maggie: Can I do something at home to maintain my focus on my good resolutions?

Resolutions can be sneaky little seeds, in that if you don’t continuously water and care for them, they tend to shrivel back into the holding pattern that was there before.
Any exercise that consistently reinforces new patterns of behaviour would be good. I use a combination of setting micro goals (small short-term easily achievable objectives to achieve the big goal) and acknowledging and celebrating each micro goal reached. For example, rewarding myself by giving myself time to read a novel for an hour, or indulging in a piece of chocolate to celebrate the win.
Just remember two things with this: 1. Reinforce immediately after achievement – A shorter time between a behaviour and positive reinforcement makes a stronger connection.
And 2. Consistency is everything. If you fall off your horse, keep getting back on and going. If you let the horse disappear into the sunset after falling, it’s back to the old pattern.

Maggie: Thank you for these great and practical approaches, Paul! In summary, I have learned that mind and heart have to work together in order to make them a reality and to establish a new habit. Keeping good intentions means transforming yourself holistically.

Vortex Card of the month:

Earth Card (Grounding)

The energy field of a human being is connected to the energy field of the earth, of animals, of vegetation, etc.

When placed on the feet, the Earth card creates an energetic connection to the earth which grounds you. Having a greater connection with the earth promotes stability and commitment from within and amplifies the earthing experience.

Furthermore the Earth card can be utilised to activate the life force of natural elements such as crystals, stones, minerals and plants. Tests all over the world have shown profound changes in growth and health when the card has been placed on many types of vegetation. Cleanse and amplify your crystals in a very efficient way by finding the priority crystal of your house and placing the Earth card on it for a couple of minutes. This priority element will communicate the change to all others of its kind in your space. This also applies to plants and trees. Find the priority tree in your garden, using a pendulum or a Home Alignment practitioner, and let the change permeate from there. Repeat this a couple of times throughout the year, whenever you feel the life force of an earth element needs to be balanced.

Message of Jeff:

The beginning of the new year is an important time to anchor our intentions and to consolidate your direction of purpose for the new cycle, as the earth begins a new revolution around the sun.

The Life Path process is a useful tool to align our mental resolutions with our higher mind or will minimize the ability of old sabotage patterns of the ego-mind to interfere with our successful integration of the new direction.

The more we learn to surrender to the higher will the easier it is to exercise the new patterns.

I love the Life Path approach as it’s such a beautiful tool to connect to the intentions beyond the mind. The mind is what you think you need. The Life Path process can show what comes up for you as your core intentions – for example for 2022. What aspects reveal what perspectives to you and what does your soul determine that you need to manifest and how can it help me to make natural resolutions rather than using only the will.

May this coming year bring a new and deeper level of fulfillment and joy and may our collective light permeate throughout.

Discover the miracle in you!

Imagine a world where we allow ourselves to believe in miracles again … Discover your miracle with Life Alignment.

If not now, in times of great disruption and transformation, then when?

Demographic change, digitalisation and of course the Covid-19 crisis is dramatically changing the way our world works. From the way we communicate and consume to the way we have felt our previous approach to life and to our vision, values and projects. Right now it is time for us to activate our power and together create the world we desire. A world full of peace, joy and miracles!

A miracle is the change in your own consciousness; the shift from fear, illness, guilt, anger, insecurity to LOVE and that is nothing that happens by chance or outside of yourself. You can actively influence it! If you show up for yourself the universe pours tons of support over you. That is the law of cause and effect.

How do I create miracles with Life Alignment?

There is a place within us which can be relied upon for its innate wisdom because it sees a bigger picture. Life Alignment works with this inbuilt higher intelligence.

Albert Einstein already explained in his famous quote that “Future medicine will be the medicine of frequencies”. Dr. Jeff Levin created in 1991 the revolutionary method of vibrational medicine called Life Alignment, that focuses on the root cause of what manifests as imbalance rather than focusing on the effect (symptom). Today Life Alignment has helped thousands of people on all continents of the planet to create a life of power, love, forgiveness, health and abundance. If you want to change the form of the reality you face, then Life Alignment supports you to first change the vibrational field where the imbalance originates.

It is time to show up for yourself when you long …

  • To get to know yourself and your purpose better to feel fulfilled and balanced
  • To transform old beliefs, patterns and blockages and to develop a new, positive self-worth
  • To actively shape your relationships, your job and your finances the way you want them to be
  • To let go of your past to create your new reality, transcending your limits in life, career and spirituality
  • A body full of health and vitality

As you allow yourself to be free from the limiting voice of the ego-mind, you begin to hear the voice of your heart again and connect to your true power and soul-purpose.

What happens in a Life Alignment balance?

The events of our lives that are imprinted into our cellular memory influence our emotional patterns and are stored in your “bio-computer”. This vast database is your subconscious mind.

Do you want to know which memories, which painful feelings, which negative thought patterns are disrupting your body’s healthy functioning such as illness, depression, anxiety or your loss of direction?

Life Alignment identifies this answer which is only in YOU!

In a Life Alignment session a qualified practitioner helps you to connect to your cellular memory, to process, shift and release negative beliefs and painful feelings. It is a very accurate system that clearly identifies where stress is stored and is blocking your energy flow. Using body-mind connection and tools such as muscle testing (applied kinesiology), energy body-points and Vortex Cards, enables us to release energetically old trauma, fears, anger and grief, leaving you feeling more confident and aligned with your true Self. Every step is done through guidance by connecting to Higher Consciousness. Your Higher Consciousness knows which memories are in which of your trillions of cells. It goes beyond mental concepts and reconnects us to our divine intelligence and healing capacity. It helps us to answer the question “How can I use my gifts and talents, so that I can better serve both myself and the world?”. A Life Alignment session can be done online and offline. As energy is all there is, a physical appearance is not necessary, but possible.

A crucial element of Life Alignment is the Vortex technology. To be mentally, emotionally and physically balanced, we need to protect ourselves from the range of environmental and geopathic stresses that occur on our planet (both natural stress such as energy grid lines, foreign energy, rock faults, ley lines AND man made electromagnetic radiation such as mobile phones, computers, microwaves, 5G, pollutants in our air, food and water).

It is not sustainable to keep re-balancing the body if, for example, our bed is positioned over an underground stream that saps our life-force while we sleep, or we spend hours in front of a computer or phone weakening our bio-field.

Vortex technology consists of a series of Vortex Cards, small magnetic discs that are each infused with high-energy frequencies, that work with the inner environment (bodymind) and outer environment (buildings, food, water, plants etc.).

Over time Life Alignment developed different accompanying modalities such as Home Alignment and Organisation Alignment.

Home Alignment is a comprehensive system which provides solutions for clearing and balancing your home space, workplace or plot of land, in order to harmonise the energy dynamics and geopathic stresses of the space. Just as the body holds memories of all that has happened to us, so our home and workplace absorb and store the energy of past and present experiences.

Organization Alignment is an unique tool for economical, social and process oriented growth and is created to bring lasting success and deep positivity to your business and teams. Like in the body, illness arises in an organisation if the energy flow is blocked.

The clearer you are, the more purposeful and focused you can define your dreams. Therefore it is so important that your thoughts, feelings and actions are always aligned with your unique purpose. The purpose of Life Alignment is to help you to find this out.

Become a practitioner:

In the practitioner training, students learn the key principles and technical aspects of the Life Alignment system. Each module teaches tools that can be practiced from early stages. Practitioner- and Teacher training is offered in a variety of different languages in online classes or physical training establishments all over the world. The time and level of qualification is up to the student’s choice.

Learning Life Alignment is turbo-charging your spiritual development, helping you to stay centered, neutral, intuitive and connecting to the guidance of higher consciousness. It is a profession that brings transformation, fulfillment and abundance into your life and fits nearly to all niches you would like to offer.

Astro Alignment

The practice of astrology has been around in various forms for thousands of years. Many philosophers we study use astrology in their writings.

More recently, the New Age movement of the ’70s removed the stigma attached to astrology. The so-called Millennials tend to turn to astrology and transformational modalities in times of stress and uncertainty, wanting to reconnect to their authentic blueprint.

In this month’s we are speaking about Astrology and Life Alignment to Elizabeth Leaneagh from the USA. Elizabeth, a Life Alignment teacher, is not only an advanced Life Alignment practitioner since 1999, she also studied the movement and relative positions of the planets and their impact on our lives and the natural world. Watching the map in the sky can prepare us for how to walk through experiences and events.

Elizabeth, please tell us about your connection to Astrology. What made you work with it?

Astrology has been an interest of mine since I was a teenager.  It was often a subject of taboo by the majority of people, although I came into studying it, initially without wanting to use it in a business context.

For 25 years, I had a private practice in massage therapy and Life Alignment technique.  Early in my practice, I noticed collective patterns and similar acute physical issues show up in my clients. I asked myself and colleagues “how this could be happening”? After I studied some medical astrology these synchronicities made more sense. Let me give you some examples I observed, when plantar fasciitis starts acting up it seemed to be something challenging happening in one’s life connected to Pisces (feet) or Sagittarius (hips); if they’ve got a kink in the neck this may be stressful times in the houses hosting Gemini (shoulders), Cancer (chest), or Leo (upper back). There is more to it of course, but isn’t this fascinating?  Therefore, I like to be aware of which planets are acting out in the sky to support the challenges clients are experiencing.

Astrology is probably the most widely recognized alternative to conventional life-coaching. Personally, I love astrology and I use it for a lot of situations in my life, however, I don’t really know a lot about it.

I like your comparison of an astrologer to a life coach. Our solar system moves through the galaxy communicating to the collective as though a council is telling us what elemental emotions they express or we may be a recipient of. This could be love, or creativity or an easy day that might be coming and when. I use the word ‘may’, because there are polarities in astrology and different variables of qualities, elements and transits – these all give a different connection with an individual’s Natal Chart. So what does it mean to you when Elder Sun ‘Light’ communicates with Power Pluto and how is this expressed when talking to Value Venus or Militant Mars? With Life Alignment and Vortex Technology we have the most amazing tools to read and positively enhance those aspects.

If you know your time of birth, you may study the houses (aspects) and the location of the moon (emotions, home, family), also, how you show up in society (ascendant) and the Sun’s location (your journey).  A natal chart is the snapshot of time, an explosive dot to dot connection at the time of one’s birth, connecting the cosmic fixed stars and planetary placements to us here on Earth.

To me, the archetypal patterns of astrology are seen as the soul’s contracts and agreements for this life. We have the opportunity to explore our shadows, our strengths, and how we mature through time and therefore, I use astrology regularly in my Life Alignment sessions.

Tell me more about Astro-Alignment. Can we influence aspects of our horoscope with Life Alignment?

Life Alignment has two methods to work with astrology.

Let’s look at Natal Chart Alignment first. This is a technique similar to Home Alignment. Here we look at our chart as our own home and where the soul has chosen to connect and live during this life-time.

Each degree in the circle chart represents a look into our journey. Those degrees represent a place in the sky. Our ancient ancestors mapped collective experiences and personal patterns here on earth as they observed where certain planets are visible in those areas in the sky. In a Natal Chart Alignment session we use Vortex technology to bring awareness, connection, and movement to the balance. For example the fire card may be used to transform or protect; the air card may be used to harmonize the communication; or the water card to increase flow or nurture. As we have learned in Life Alignment we have blockages that are hiding our full potential. By releasing such blockages, we can indeed influence our astrological imprints and clear challenges. Everyone should give it a try. It is not only magical but also surprising. I’ve had sessions where Astro-Alignment showed up to clear an allergy, and others to complete a pattern of being the ‘giver’ and no longer the magnet attracting the ‘taker’ as two examples.

The Astrological Alignment of Module 4 is a beautiful technique where we have the signs and planets as body points. With this we find the priority sign and then the planets, draw a story out and use essence card frequencies to support the harmonizing balance. For me, to feel the body point of a planet is to bring awareness to an unexplained chatter. Let’s take Neptune for example, to feel this planet within the body, this is the ultimate cosmic love and the grounding of the sea of creativity.

It can be very surprising, indeed. I remember I received a relationship session with the Synastry charts of my partner and myself. That was such a beneficial experience.

Astrology is all about relationships on earth. Connections and how we communicate, learn lessons, learn about ourselves, and mature. The system of Life Alignment supports astrology to come alive. Many astrologers will tell the story of the sky, some focus on the challenges and others focus on the positives, but few know how to balance the experiences and harmonise with the transits.  Life Alignment gives us that advantage.

Life Alignment’s vision:

“Life Alignment is a system of vibrational healing that facilitates the release of energetic and emotional blockages from the physical and subtle bodies. It assists in the experience of self empowerment and self awareness. It is a tool for personal and global transformation. Life Alignment is a means for assisting people to shift into higher dimensions of consciousness in alignment with planetary shifts”.

What can I do at home to practice Astro-Alignment?

Self Awareness and astrology is broad enough to be a lifelong learning.

I suggest you download your chart online and start looking at general keywords of planets and the relation to the signs and houses. You may google key meanings the planets have in each sign and house. Take your time exploring yourself within the astrological archetypes, and have fun!

  • Sun: Who am I? How am I learning to shine, what is my journey? Life force.
  • Moon: How do I feel? How do I prefer to be nurtured, how are my emotions expressed? My inner nature, intuition, and trust, as well as triggers, fears or even lethargy.
  • Mercury: How do I think? Communicate? Judge and decide? My intellect.
  • Venus: What do I value? How do I find harmony; nature of give and take, love, beauty and my relationships?
  • Mars: How do I act?  Do I prepare with goal-oriented action?  My will power patterns.  What are my passions? Thoughts and practices around sex. How do I discharge pent-up aggressions and frustrations? My drive.
  • Jupiter: How do I grow? My beliefs. How do I prosper? View luck?
  • Saturn: Where are my limitations? The builder and dismantling of structures. My maturity, life lessons, destiny, and time.

Thank you so much Elizabeth! I am so fascinated about how much we can learn about ourselves and shift with Astro-Alignment. I know there are also Life Alignment Teachers globally which offer workshops on how to read a Natal Birth Chart and balance it on the foundation of Vortex technology. It is so much fun, thank you for refreshing this excitement and motivation.

VORTEX CARD OF THE MONTH:

Rainbow Card: (Harmonising)

The primary use of the Rainbow card is to balance the human energy field, which then promotes alignment in the physical structure of the body.

In the external environment the Rainbow card works on our homes and workplaces similar to how the Personal Protector card works on a body, by harmonising discordant energies for the occupants of the space. It promotes a frequency that harmonises the atmosphere from potential harmful effects such as electromagnetic radiation, geopathic stress, Feng Shui imbalances, and toxic energies. You can experience a noticeable change in ambience that is imbued with more peace, vitality, lightness, clarity, freshness, and well-being. The same counts for harmonising the effect of planetary oppositions and imbalances influencing us as individuals and the entire cosmos at the same time.

Message of Jeff:

“At this time of the year people of all faiths around the world are celebrating light. Diwali, Christmas, Chukka and others, it is the time where we turn our attention inwards. Connecting to the light within is a welcomed antidote to a world that has gone through a very chaotic year where people have been divided over different perspectives of what is current. This is an invitation for all of us to focus on harmony and leave behind issues which have divided us. It is in our power to stay connected and to come together in a loving and integrative way. Understand the current polarisation as an opportunity to leave behind dualities so that you can learn to come into a neutral state of being. During the festive season of light we want to return to being a loving family – whether in our homes or in mankind as a whole”.

5 ways to be more mindful in your life!

Mindfulness means concentrating completely on the present moment – and learning to perceive physical sensations and thoughts, but not to evaluate them immediately. So for example if you notice yourself panicking because you have done something wrong, you register this, but do not immediately judge yourself for it.

Mindfulness is about simply accepting what you are feeling. An important part of this is noticing how your body feels, what thoughts or stories go through your head, what your breathing is like.

Here are 5 ways you can incorporate more mindfulness

into your everyday life.

  1. Get colorful!

Perceptual psychologists have found a multitude of evidence for this: Colors influence our psyche. Scientists from the University of British Columbia carried out various tests on probands. For example, from two types of toothpaste, the participants more often chose the one against a blue background that promised advantages such as white teeth; those who saw a red area, on the other hand, attached more importance to protection against tooth decay. Similar results with a word puzzle: In a red environment, the test subjects quickly found terms that could be considered defensive, such as “prevent”. In a blue environment they came to terms like “adventure” more quickly.

Interesting right? Red or blue therefore influence what is more important to us: innovation or attention and security. One can therefore conclude that colors work with us energetically.

During a Life Alignment session, colors often come up as a treatment. With the help of the frequency of the color and in relation to one’s own body energy, belief patterns can be influenced and the nervous system can be calmed. Additionally limits are more clearly defined or even a feeling of protection can be created. Time to get colorful! 🙂

  1. Get physical!

Whether Ludwig van Beethoven, Charles Darwin or the philosopher Søren Kierkegaard – many creative people appreciated a daily walk to practice mindfulness and to be able to be visionary. Facebook boss Mark Zuckerberg and Ex-US President Barack Obama often use walks to give their business decisions the benefit of mindfulness.

In a Life Alignment session, creativity and awareness can be approached and shifted also with physical activity. Doing something physically helps for example releasing something or connecting to a specific feeling. It’s a great tool to get out of the mind and allow the body to speak. Or when it’s time to spend energy out, to release stored emotions of frustration or anger. Let’s get ready for a pillow fight! 🙂

  1. Breathe baby breathe!

Take time to focus only on your breath a few times a day. The best thing to do is to sit down and, if you want, close your eyes. Try to concentrate fully on the process of breathing. If your thoughts wander, it doesn’t matter. Just get back to your breaths and relax.

An enriching exercise is the body scan. You do this by mentally “scanning” your body from the toes to the scalp while you take care to remain mentally only with yourself and your perception of the body part you are concentrating on. Check in with yourself, can I feel the floor beneath my skin? Which parts are exposed, which are in the air, can I feel my bones, teeth, eyes? Usually you find rest immediately and the muscles relax beautifully. The Body Scan not only relaxes, but also trains concentration on the here and now.

The system of Life Alignment works a lot on Body Points and Body Parts, to discover where trauma is stored and ready to be released. It is a surprise what we can all feel when we are in the power of now.

  1. Electromagnetic Detox!

Do yourself a favor and turn off your smartphone every now and then for a few minutes and enjoy the silence!

OR! Watch how attentive you are when you sit in front of the screen. Mindfulness is about knowing what you are doing. Be focused and meaningful in any activity. So don’t check updates on your mobile phone on autopilot, but consciously focus on it and watch how long it is really fun and rich in content. For starters, however, it is easier to practice mindful awareness with cooking or eating.

Vortex technology is imprinted with high vibrational frequencies and works wonders when you are sensitive to EMFs and geopathic stress. For example the Cell Phone protection Card transforms the electromagnetic radiation emitted from cell phones, routers, and wireless devices to be more in harmony with the human energy field.

We can use the cards for balancing earth energies and electromagnetic radiation, but also they help to accelerate the healing of our physical and psychological symptoms. Click here to have a look at the Online Shop of your country and to read more about the individual benefits of each Vortex product

  1. Meditate for a while!

Those who regularly practice meditation are doing themselves good in many ways as they immerse themselves in their own inner world in silence. Scientific studies show, for example, that continuous meditation reduces stress and can resolve anxiety and insecurity. What is mindfulness and self development all about? Strengthen your awareness of yourself and your fellow human beings.

The Vortex card “Breath of Life” is a fabulous meditation enhancer. More information about the Vortex technology you can find in our web shop.

DISTANT HEALING

The turbulence and change occurring on our planet forced a lot of “normal” life to go online. From work and fitness to personal well-being and self-care, many tools for transformation initially relied on online platforms. Now there are many more people who prefer the convenience of non-local treatments, being able to connect to offerings and practitioners all over the world. Therapy and coaching online is nothing new. However, when it comes to vibrational or energetic medicine there is still some skepticism about how much it can do through a screen.

In this month’s newsletter we speak with Jeff Levin DNM about how it works to interact remotely with the body’s energy field to find balance and healing.

Maggie: Jeff, some Life Alignment practitioners have 3-4 online sessions every day all over the world. Can you explain why energy healing works so well over distance?

The most important thing to say at the beginning is that we are working with the quantum field –  the invisible field of consciousness which connects everything that exists. When it comes to the discussion of matter versus energy, a common misconception is the belief that only matter emits a field of energy. In fact it works both ways. The field is the primary agent that affects the molecule, in other words matter. However, a tree, an organ, a stone, basically everything that has life force. So you see it’s a two way street. Energy medicine works with the life force. We don’t look at changing the molecular structure, but we change the field which influences the form and this has an impact on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual body of an individual.

The principle of entanglement works across the field despite the distance. So you don’t need to be in the presence of a person to work with them. You just need a name, thought or any other form of connection to be connected in the quantum field. We in Life Alignment have been doing non local transmission for many years and countless testimonials show that the work is equally effective as if the client and healer were in the same room. It’s pretty easy to understand why. When we are on Zoom or Skype we have a visual connection to our client which allows us to attune with their particular frequency. In addition we work with the name and birthdate or a physical witness such as a hair sample or handwriting which represents the radio frequency of the individual and connects to their DNA pattern. Practitioners and clients create a unified field of energy beyond the distance.

Maggie: Can you remind us how the field works, what is the field?

The whole universe is a field of consciousness. Imagine it like this: The air around is in random chaos; it’s just vibrating randomly according to whatever influences it. The moment we put a particular focus or intention on something the molecules become organised. This is also how the principle of Vortex technology works. Every magnetic Vortex card has its own wavelength which means the field is organised with a particular purpose. Also each body point has a unique wavelength because it has a different frequency. Each thought, each feeling… all is organised by the frequency and wavelength of the related energy. In other words, independently if we work online or offline we put out the intention to free a blockage in the field of consciousness. Where there is blockage there is low frequency. By raising the frequency we help to release that blockage and restore the field back to its healthy, natural state. That will have an impact on different aspects of our body, life and the planet.

What is important to understand is that it’s not the practitioner that puts out a particular intention. We don’t want to use our mind but the network of the higher consciousness between the client and practitioner. This network is part of the field and works beyond the mind and knows exactly what particular frequency is needed to be established for the clients/ groups best benefit. This differentiates Life Alignment from other mental based concepts. We attune to the higher intention which is embedded in the process of the Life Alignment System.

Maggie: Speaking about the collective field of consciousness, I often hear about the ripple effect. Can you explain more about it? Do I need to be aware of a Life Alignment balance in order to receive its benefits?

We often work on people without their conscious participation and awareness. So long as  permission is given which is from the recipient’s higher self the healing will occur. There are many times that the individual would not give conscious permission for a number of reasons because they don’t believe in it or have mental resistance. However at a soul level which is beyond their awareness they may have a desire for transformation. Having said that, in Life Alignment conscious participation is encouraged as it allows the healing to go to a deeper level.

When we work on a group setting such as an open workshop or lecture presentation, a priority person and an emotional issue is identified that represents the group-field. Each person in the group may have their own personal story however it is the underlying essence that is addressed. There will be a further ripple effect into the global field that would impact other people beyond the group. Not everyone necessary will feel the energy but the shift will occur nevertheless. This is based on the connection with the issue being balanced as well as the readiness to make the shift.

Once again, we have come back to active participation and the willingness to take responsibility for a new frequency.

Maggie: I had the experience that I couldn’t connect to my emotions during a group session. I really wanted to shift, at least in my mind, but my heart didn’t manage to connect.

First of all, you can receive the benefit of a Life Alignment session without feeling anything. In your example, you are probably trying to use your mind to evaluate how deep the shift has gone. Again – we are working beyond the mind. That means very often we cannot determine what exactly the session has done for us. The reason is that your soul’s agenda can be quite different to your mental agenda. In other words, a soul’s agenda perceives that they are not ready to shift because they have more lessons to learn from it.

For example, I worked with a mother some time ago. She had a very difficult relationship with her son. He was swearing at her, ignoring her and all efforts from her side have been responded with “Don’t try to change me!”. She reached out to me asking if I could do a balance on her son. He wasn’t open to this but his soul gave permission and I used her as a surrogate. During the session we restored an energetic wall between the two. The crucial element of this was that the mother let go of control and de-creates this wall of protection which was no longer needed. So the session ended up working on the root cause of the mother and her choice of letting go of her son and the effect was it opened up something in the quantum field between her and the son. When the mother came home, her son opened the door and was completely different to her from there on.

So you see the receiver might be unconscious, other examples are being senile or laying in coma and still their state of being can change dramatically after a balance on them, as on a soul level they opened the receiver.

Maggie: You mentioned the Vortex technology.  What are the Cards doing with the energy field to make the person more receptive and to shift easier or deeper?

Whatever I bring into the quantum field to up the energy is going to elevate the person I am working with.

The Vortex cards raise the frequency. In other words the field becomes full of light and more expansive. The Vortex technology increases the vibratory rate pertaining to what is being balanced. If we are balancing your lungs, the Vortex cards are brought in to facilitate and increase the frequency around your lungs, which will make the body’s own healing capacity easier because it operates with a higher frequency.

We have many filters, past traumas, belief systems, family patterns which affect our energy field and make it dense or slow. Imagine it like a laser beam. The more focused the energy and the more energy there is, so the more I increase the voltage of the laser beam and the deeper the transformation is going to go through the layers of one’s auric field.

The Vortex cards create and open a vortex of energy like a gateway through which the transmission passes easier. This helps us to influence and organise the quantum field with a certain intention.

Maggie: What sticks with me is the fact that the more we are connected to the energy of love the more profound we are with our connections and work.

Yes and this is something you can apply and practice throughout the day. If you emanate a feeling from the heart of compassion, kindness and acceptance whether you are in a digital or physical meeting, you are going to feel that, that feeling of just being enfolded like a mother enfolds a child. It’s tangible. In order to maintain your own field in a Zoom or a business call you can project from the heart or breathe a sense of appreciation towards the group or person on the screen. It could be that you are thinking of the beautiful sense of a flower or a puppy so you are present and your heart is in appreciation and gratitude. This is the difference between being neutral and being a leaf on a tree where you are affected by everything that happens around you.

Maggie: Thank you for this profound conversation Jeff. What sticks with me is how vital it is to be neutral and to maintain the practice of getting beyond the mind to connect to the quantum field and Source. From this place everything is possible and we can create a ripple effect that affects relationships, family constellations, businesses, larger groups and the entire planet.

Vortex of the month:

Heart Card (Love)

The Heart card assists the heart chakra to invoke love and to bring in harmony. This encourages your system to be open to love and feelings, such as forgiveness, trust and optimism.

The Heart card is used in Home Alignment to activate and strengthen the Heart Center of a building so that it acts as a positive source of energy. It also works on balancing the masculine and feminine energies of a home or in yourself.

Working additionally with the Receptivity Card (Surrender) allows you to go deeper into an emotional process, for example during a Distant healing Process. The card helps to surrender to a supportive energy flow that will allow a transformative experience.
